Murray — Privacy Policy

Murray (“the App”) is an English vocabulary learning app. We designed it to be privacy-first: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

Summary

• No data collection. The developer does not collect any personal information about you.
• Your learning data stays with you. Study progress, review schedules, settings, statistics, XP, and achievements are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synced through your own private iCloud account (Apple CloudKit). The developer cannot access this data.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• No account. The App does not require you to create an account or log in.

Data the developer collects

None. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, location, usage analytics, or device identifiers.

Data stored on your device and in your iCloud

The App stores your learning data (review states, settings, daily logs, XP, gems, achievements) locally using Apple’s SwiftData. If iCloud is enabled, this data syncs across your Apple devices through your private iCloud (CloudKit) database, controlled by your Apple ID. It is not transmitted to the developer or any third party. You can remove it any time by deleting the App and/or clearing its iCloud data in Settings.

Audio (pronunciation)

Pronunciation is produced by your device’s built-in text-to-speech engine. No audio or text is sent to the developer or any server.

Notifications

If you enable study reminders, they are scheduled as local notifications on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple. The developer does not receive or store your payment details.

Children’s privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no advertising or third-party tracking.

Third parties

The App does not share data with third parties. iCloud syncing is provided by Apple under your own Apple ID and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Murray（以下「本アプリ」）は英単語学習アプリです。プライバシー優先で設計しており、 利用者の個人データを収集・販売・共有することはありません。

概要

• データを収集しません。 開発者は利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。
• 学習データは利用者の手元に。 進捗・復習スケジュール・設定・統計・XP・実績は端末内に保存され、iCloudにサインインしている場合は利用者自身のプライベートiCloud（Apple CloudKit）で同期されます。開発者はアクセスできません。
• 解析・広告・トラッキングなし。 第三者の解析／広告／トラッキングSDKは含みません。
• アカウント不要。 登録やログインは必要ありません。

開発者が収集するデータ

ありません。氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・位置情報・利用解析・端末識別子などを収集しません。

端末・iCloudに保存されるデータ

本アプリは学習データ（復習状態・設定・学習ログ・XP・ジェム・実績）をAppleのSwiftDataで端末内に保存します。iCloudが有効な場合、Apple IDが管理するプライベートiCloud（CloudKit）を通じて端末間で同期されます。開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。アプリの削除やiCloudデータの消去でいつでも削除できます。

音声（発音）

発音は端末内蔵の音声合成エンジンで生成されます。音声やテキストが開発者やサーバーに送信されることはありません。

通知

学習リマインダーを有効にした場合、端末上のローカル通知としてスケジュールされます。通知データが端末外に出ることはありません。

課金

アプリ内課金を提供する場合、決済はAppleが処理します。開発者が決済情報を受領・保存することはありません。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子どもを含め誰の個人情報も収集しません。広告や第三者トラッキングも含みません。

第三者

本アプリは第三者とデータを共有しません。iCloud同期は利用者自身のApple IDのもとでAppleが提供し、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

本ポリシーは更新されることがあります。重要な変更は上記「最終更新日」の更新でお知らせします。
